I have made some adjustments to the default settings for notifications. These "notification" settings control "when" and "how-often" members will receive an email or pop-up on the computer screen when there is forum activity (i.e. somebody creates a NEW TOPIC; somebody replies to a TOPIC; etc.).
At any time you can change the notifications settings for your specific account. On January 13th around 11 A.M. I sent an email to all members as of that date with instructions on how to set notifications preferences.
